Our Policy

Term and Conditions

You must leave WBC logement immediately and are not allowed to move in permanently if you do:

    1. Entering the room of the opposite gender

    2. Allowing an outsider to enter the room and sleep in

    3. Violence, gamble or theft

    4. Bringing any hallucinogen/drug into the logement and use one.

    5. Drinking, smoking, and/or allowing others to do so in the WBC dorm rooms. The first offense will result in 10 penalty points, and any more incidents will result in immediate discharge.


You must leave the logement immediately and not allowed to move in next semester if you do/are:

  1. Damaging, borrowing, taking, changing, and moving the facilities of the logement on purpose without the WBC manager's consent.

  2. Someone who cannot adapt the corporate life in logement and does indecent behavior.

  3. Someone who uses inappropriate entrances (such as windows or other passages).

  4. Someone who has failed to abide by the university regulation and been punished according to the statutes of the university.

  5. Someone who falsified the application or entered illegally using somebody else’s name.

Penalty

10/20 Points

  1. Someone who allows an outsider (non-resident), to enter the logement without prior to guard security and logement‘s manager.

  2. None proper packing rubbish and not place in the right location

  3. Smoking in room or inside building area

  4. Bringing or using inflammable for Cook

  5. Damaging posted announcements on the bulletin boards in the logement.

  6. Keeping pets such as dogs, cats, and other dangerous animals, eg: reptiles

  7. Lending the access card or room key, or making unauthorized copies of them

  8. Making noises, using musical instruments or audio systems

  9. Moving out without permission or without following the procedures such as cleaning inspection.

5/20 Points

    1. Disturbing your roommate, such as disturbing sleep

    2. Someone who acts indecent or wears an unacceptable outfit

    3. Failure to keep your room clean and organized.

    4. Posting a notice or Ad without permission

    5. Entering the logement when you’re not allowed to. (2 Points Penalty)

        • Available entrance time on weekdays: 05:00-22:30

        • Available entrance time on weekends and legal holidays: 05:00-23:30

Note

We call the roll every semester. If you will leave the logement if you have 20 penalty points or more. If you have more than 10 penalty points during one semester, you cannot apply for the next semester.
